Federal Court Orders Agencies to Accelerate Records Production in DNC FOIA Litigation

In the FOIA litigation where KLG serves as co-counsel with the Democratic National Committee, the United States District Court for the District of Columbia ordered the responding federal agencies to complete their searches and to increase the rate at which they review and produce responsive records.
